This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the rights, responsibilities, restrictions, and remedies available to customers (“User,” “you,” or “your”) while using the services provided by Papa Hosting (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing or using any Papa Hosting service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Customers must comply with the following conditions to access or continue using our services:
Age Requirement:
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. Accounts registered or accessed by minors will be terminated immediately.
Third-Party Registration:
If an account is created on behalf of a third party, the registrant acknowledges that the third party is also legally bound by these Terms. The registrant assumes full responsibility for compliance.
Account Security:
Users must protect their login credentials. Any unauthorized access, misuse, or damages resulting from negligence remain solely the customer’s responsibility.
Accurate Information:
Users must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the service period. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.
Payment Verification:
Papa Hosting may request identity or payment verification at any time. Refusal or failure to provide requested documentation can result in account cancellation.
Legal Use Requirement:
All users must comply with local, national, and international laws. Illegal, abusive, or unethical use of our services is strictly prohibited.
Papa Hosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the following activities. Accounts engaging in any of the below may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice:
IRC servers or related network services
Automated browsing tools, bots, or traffic exchange systems
Distribution of pirated content or unauthorized files
Hacking tools, brute-force software, IP scanning, or port scanning
Email spamming or unsolicited bulk messaging
Financial fraud schemes (HYIP, Ponzi, fake investment platforms, etc.)
Gambling, lottery, or betting operations
Public VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or TOR exit nodes
Cryptocurrency mining, or any excessively resource-intensive workloads
Phishing, malware, or any fraudulent websites
Illegal file hosting, warez, or copyright-violating streaming
Hosting adult or sexually explicit content of any kind
Activities causing excessive server load or disrupting network performance
Attempts to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
Papa Hosting reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited or abusive activity.
Bandwidth Policy:
Standard usage includes fair and reasonable website traffic. Excessive usage (e.g., above 15GB/day on shared hosting) may require a service upgrade.
Unlimited Resource Policy:
“Unlimited” features apply only to normal website operations. They are not intended for file storage, backups, or data warehousing.
Server Performance:
Any usage negatively impacting performance, uptime, or stability may require migration to VPS or Dedicated Hosting.
Email Sending Limits:
Reseller hosting accounts are limited to 200 outgoing emails per hour per cPanel to maintain email deliverability and prevent spam abuse.
Resellers must ensure all of their customers comply with Papa Hosting Terms & Conditions.
Shared hosting may not be resold — only approved Reseller Hosting plans allow customer redistribution.
Resellers are fully responsible for their own end-user support, billing, and service operations.
Papa Hosting is not liable for disputes involving reseller’s clients.
Reseller plans may be modified or updated as necessary to maintain network health.
Any reseller account involved in abuse will be suspended or terminated.
Accounts receiving abuse reports from the data center may be suspended.
If a reseller’s clients receive 3 or more abuse reports within a month, the reseller’s service may be suspended.
SSH access is disabled by default and will only be enabled upon request with a valid purpose.
Any misuse of SSH privileges will result in immediate termination without refund.
Accounts sending spam or fraudulent emails will have outgoing email capability disabled.
Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension and service removal.
Papa Hosting is committed to maintaining a stable, secure, and clean hosting environment.
We actively protect our network, IP reputation, and servers from spam, abuse, and malicious activities to ensure reliable performance for all customers.
We may periodically update these Terms to reflect:
Changes in business operations
Legal or regulatory compliance obligations
Technical and security enhancements
All updates will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
