Upon cancellation, the following conditions apply:

A. If you cancel your service before it has been activated, you are entitled to a full refund.
B. If you cancel within the first 30 days after service activation, you may qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund within this period:

  • The cancellation request must be submitted within 30 days from the service activation date.

  • The request must be made via our official support channels as listed on our website.

Refund Policy

If your cancellation meets the eligibility criteria of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you will receive a full refund of the hosting service fees.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations submitted after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.

  • Services not canceled through the approved support channels.

  • Fees paid for domain registration, transfers, SSL certificates, or addons — these are non-refundable, as domain ownership cannot be reversed once registered.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Papa Hosting encourages customers to contact our support team for any service or billing issues so we can resolve them promptly and professionally.

Please note:

  • Initiating a dispute or chargeback through any payment processor without contacting us first automatically voids eligibility for a refund — even if within the Money-Back Guarantee period.

  • In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Papa Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services with no refund issued.

Servers & High-Tier Services Refund Policy

All VPS, VDS, Dedicated Server, and Managed/Unmanaged Server plans are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–14 business days from the date your cancellation request is validated by our support team.
